In 1983, in the quiet temple town of Mayiladuthurai, a small silk shop opened its doors. Founded by our grandfather, Seematti Silks began as a single room filled with carefully chosen sarees and an unwavering commitment to quality.
Over four decades, our father grew that modest beginning into a beloved regional brand — a name trusted by generations of families for their most important celebrations. Every wedding, every festival, every milestone moment — Seematti was there.

We work directly with master weavers in Kanchipuram, each piece passing through hands that have perfected their art over generations. Every saree in our collection is Silk Mark certified, and chosen with the same discerning eye that has defined the House of Seematti for over forty years.
