Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation

Pre-shipment cancellations: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement, assuming it hasn’t been processed or dispatched.

Post-shipment cancellations: Once your saree has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. Returns may be accepted under the “Return & Refund” terms below.
2. Return & Refund Eligibility
You may request a return and refund in these scenarios:

Damaged or defective products: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear supporting photos.

Incorrect item: If a non-ordered style or color arrives, notify us within 48 hours, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund once the incorrect item is returned in original condition.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are unfortunately not eligible for refunds:

Made-to-order or customized sarees

Final sale or promotional clearance items

Items returned after 14 days of delivery
4. Return Process

Contact us at support@nihasiks.com or call 9344141319 to initiate a return.

Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days, using tracked shipping to the address we provide.

For valid return reasons (like defects or mis-shipment), return shipping will be covered by Nihasiks.

For customer-initiated returns (e.g., change of mind), shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
5. Refund Timeframe

Once we receive and inspect the returned saree, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer).

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided via store credit, unless otherwise arranged.
6. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted under the same conditions as returns.

To exchange, notify us within 48 hours of receipt and ship back the original item as per our return guidelines.

Once received and approved, your replacement can be shipped—subject to availability.
7. Force Majeure
In exceptional circumstances—such as natural disasters, supplier delays, or shipping disruptions—where fulfillment is not possible, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We’ll communicate promptly in such cases.
8. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be visible on our website. Previous versions may apply to purchases made before any update.
