At Nihasiks, we take pride in delivering authentic Seematti sarees with care and efficiency. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Made-to-order or pre-ordered sarees may require additional time. Expected dispatch timelines will be communicated during order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Methods & Timelines

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe delivery. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Domestic (India): 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International: 7–15 business days after dispatch (depending on location and customs clearance).

Note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or customs procedures.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping within India on orders above ₹2000.

  • Orders below the free shipping threshold will have a nominal shipping fee calculated at checkout.

  • International shipping charges are calculated based on destination, package weight, and courier rates.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number and courier details.

  • You can track your shipment directly on the courier’s website.


5. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of placing the order.

  • Nihasiks will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


6. Delivery Attempts

  • The courier will make up to two delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us, and reshipping charges will apply.


7. International Deliveries

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery timelines may be extended due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country.


8. Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours at support@nihasiks.com.

  • We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
